How do I change the portal in Global Protect?

I understand that switching between portals in Global Protect can sometimes be confusing, especially when you're trying to connect smoothly. Don't worry, I’m here to guide you through the process. Let’s get started with some easy-to-follow steps:   
FOR WINDOWS USER

1st Option: 
  1. Open the Global Protect App
    Launch the Global Protect app from your desktop or taskbar.

  2. Select the Dropdown Menu
    You’ll see a dropdown menu in the app interface. Click on it.

  3. Choose the Portal You Want to Use

    • awsvpn1.infinit-o.com (Primary GP Portal)
    • vpn1.infinit-o.com (Secondary GP Portal)

    Select whichever portal is more suitable for your current needs.

      

2nd Option: 
  1. Open the Global Protect App
    Similar to the first option, start by launching the Global Protect app.

  2. Click the Three Lines in the Upper Right Corner
    This will open the app’s menu.

  3. Choose Settings
    From the dropdown menu, select Settings.

  4. Go to the Connections Tab
    Once in the settings window, click on the Connections tab.

  5. Add or Remove Global Protect Portals
    You can now add a new portal by typing it, or remove one that you no longer use.

FOR MAC USER
1st Option:
      1. Open the Global Protect App
      Launch the Global Protect app from your MAC or taskbar.

      2. Type the Portal You Want to Use
      Primary GP Portal: awsvpn1.infinit-o.com
      Secondary GP Portal: vpn1.infinit-o.com
      
      3. Select the Suitable Portal
      Choose the portal that best suits your current needs.

      4. Click Connect
      Press the "Connect" button.

      5. Authenticate via JumpCloud
      The JumpCloud Console will open. Enter your JumpCloud credentials for authentication.
      
2nd Option:
      1. Open the Global Protect App
      Similar to the first option, start by launching the Global Protect app.

      2. Access the Menu
      Click the three lines in the upper right corner of the app.

      3. Choose Settings
      From the dropdown menu, select "Settings."

      4. Navigate to the Connections Tab
      Once in the settings window, go to the "Connections" tab.

      5. Add or Remove Portals
      You can now add a new Global Protect portal by typing it, or remove one that you no longer use.
      
     5. Authenticate via JumpCloud
      The JumpCloud Console will open. Enter your JumpCloud credentials for authentication.
