How do I delete and add a portal in Global Protect?

STEP 1:

a. Navigate to the hidden icons (Software Tray) on your taskbar.




b. Locate the Global Protect VPN icon and right-click on it.


c. Select "Settings" from the menu.


d. In the Global Protect Settings menu, click on "Connections".

e. Delete the portal using the trash icon.

f. Confirm the action and then click on "Sign Out".

g. Close the Global Protect application window.


STEP2:

a. End Global Protect Process via Task Manager

      - Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager.

      - Navigate to the "Processes" tab.

      - Find "Global Protect Client" in the list of processes.

      - Right-click on it and select "End Task" to terminate the process.


b. Close Task Manager


STEP 3: 
Global Protect will automatically reopen on the lower right side of your screen.

a. In the Global Protect pop-up window, input the Global Protect Portal address then click "Connect".

      Primary: awsvpn1.infinit-o.com
      Secondary: vpn1.infinit-o.com


b. Input your JumpCloud username and password when prompted.

      Username: ulysses.lofamia

      Password: [Your JumpCloud Password]


c. After inputting your credentials, you will be directed to the bowser then tap the Click Here.



d. Once logged in, check if you are now able to connect to Global Protect.

You should now be successfully connected to the Global Protect.
