How to install Global Protect using the Self Service Portal?

How to install Global Protect using the Self Service Portal?

STEP 1:

Option 1
a. Go to Seach bar

b. Type “ManageEngine Self Service Portal” the click Open


c. Click the Sync Icon to initiate a scan, make sure it will adapt the latest date and time.


d. Select “Global Protect” then click the install button.


Option 2
a. Navigate to the hidden icons (Software Tray) on your taskbar.




b. Locate the Manage Engine Icon and right-click on it.


c. Choose the Self Service Portal


d. Click the Sync Icon to initiate a scan, make sure it will adapt the latest date and time.


e. Select “Global Protect” then click the install button.


STEP 2: 
a. Open the Search Icon then type Global Protect

b. In the Global Protect pop-up window, input the Global Protect Portal address then click "Connect".

      Primary: awsvpn1.infinit-o.com
      Secondary: vpn1.infinit-o.com


c. Input your JumpCloud username and password when prompted.

      Username: ulysses.lofamia

      Password: [Your JumpCloud Password]


d. After inputting your credentials, you will be directed to the bowser then tap the Click Here.



e. Once logged in, check if you are now able to connect to Global Protect.

You should now be successfully connected to the Global Protect.

Remarks:
  • You cannot connect to Global Protect if you are not an existing user, as your profile needs to be configured first.
  • Even if you are connected to Global Protect, ensure you are still connected to Zscaler.
