Objective
To establish guidelines that maintain a professional and positive image for Infinit-O while ensuring a safe and comfortable work environment. This policy integrates the mandatory entry requirements set by the company to ensure seamless access for all team members.
Scope
This policy applies to all team members, visitors and contractors accessing office areas.
General Guidelines
Clothing must be clean, neat, in good condition, and freshly laundered.
Team members are encouraged to express their individual style and may dress in a manner aligning with their gender identity and expression.
Apparel with offensive, suggestive, or vulgar wording/graphics is strictly prohibited.
Clothing featuring a competitor’s company logo is not allowed.
Building Entry: Strict compliance is required for entry into the MAAX Building at the GF and 7F Lobbies. Individuals not meeting these requirements will be denied entry by building security.
Infinit-O Standards
Tops and Shirts
Allowed: Blazers, sports coats, button-down shirts, polo collar shirts, Oxford shirts, sweaters, and T-shirts.
Conditional: Spaghetti straps, tube tops, and halter tops are only permitted if worn with a jacket or blazer.
Not Allowed: Standalone tank tops (sando type), sheer tops, and clothing showing midriffs (cropped tops).
Bottoms and Trousers
Allowed: Slacks, khakis, corduroys, jeans, capris, and skirts.
Denim Standards: Jeans must be of standard style without a worn-out, stonewashed, or tattered look.
Skirt Length: Skirts must be knee-length or no more than two inches above the knee.
Not Allowed: Shorts, skorts, leggings, and tattered/ripped jeans.
Footwear
Allowed: Dress shoes, sailor shoes, moccasins, athletic/tennis shoes, and closed shoes (flats and heels).
Open-Toed Shoes: Only permitted if they have heels.
Not Allowed: Rubber flip-flops ("tsinelas"), flat peep-toe shoes, Crocs, and slippers.
Schedule and Exceptions
Monday to Thursday: Standard attire is Business or Smart Casual.
Friday to Sunday (Dress-Down): Casual attire, such as T-shirts and relaxed jeans are permitted.
Inclement Weather: During declared typhoons, members may enter the building in slippers or shorts but must have a change of clothes following the dress code before entering the operations floor.
Team Activities: Members may wear "unacceptable attire" for specific team events (e.g. town halls and year-end parties) if the immediate supervisor secures prior approval from HR-ER.
While exemptions may be granted for specific internal events, team members are required to maintain compliance with MAAX Building entry protocols before and after such activities to ensure uninterrupted building access.
Responsibility
Immediate Supervisors: Responsible for monitoring their team members and reporting violations to the HR-ER Team.
HR-ER Team: Responsible for the overall implementation of the policy and the issuance of disciplinary sanctions for violations.
