Nextiva Troubleshooting Guides

I had a lot of missed calls on my Nextiva, what should I do?


Definitely strange! I think there’s some wonky data hung up in your internet connectivity. 

Before proceeding, please make sure you have a stable internet connectivity. Your connection has a big impact on your Nextiva experience.

      1.      Make sure you are not on a DND Mode in Nextiva.
                              *Even you are in Available Status, you will not received a call and it would be tagged as missed/bounced calls.



      2.       You may follow the instructions here before proceeding to our next steps.

      3.       After the #2 instructions, you may open your Nextiva App and change the settings. 
                  Gear Icon > Audio/Video > set your Headset to all Audio settings > Relaunch the Nextiva App
                              * sometimes you are encountering missed calls because your headset is defective/loosen/device can detect another audio.




My Nextiva has Calls Unavailable, what should I do?

Definitely strange! I think there’s some wonky data hung up in your internet connectivity. Can you try connecting it on the assigned VPN of your team? 

Before proceeding, please make sure you have an stable internet connectivity. It’s sounds intimidating but I’ve got some guides here to walk you through it.

      1. Identify the assigned VPN for your Team, and follow the instructions on how to connect
                  AWS VPN
                  GLOBAL PROTECT
                  VYPRVPN

      2. Once you are successfully connected, relog in on your Nextiva App.

If it’s still a no-go after that, can you try to turn off your internet router for at least 3 mins before turning it on again to refresh your connection.



I have Nextiva log-in issue, what should I do?

We encountered 2 different types of Nextiva login issue. You may check the instructions below,

      A.      Nextiva Incorrect Credentials




      If you are experiencing incorrect credentials in Nextiva, feel free to coordinate it with your Team Lead.

      Please take note, we don't have any visibility with your Nextiva credentials.


      B.       Cannot Proceed After Logging In to Nextiva

      If you are experiencing this error, kindly follow the instructions below.
  1. Open your Self Service Portal
  2. Look for 
  3. After the installation, you may now try to log in on your Nextiva App
