How to use Self Service Portal?

    • On your desktop double Click on this icon.



    • Press the refresh Icon to initiate a scan.



    • Select the application you want to install.



    • And kindly wait for the application to finish the installation.


    Desktop Central Scan update

  • Please follow the instructions on how to scan your device.


    • From the lower right corner of your screen,

    Click the Caret Sign then look for Desktop Central Icon.



    • Right Click the Desktop Central icon



    • and then click "Apply Configurations" right click the Desktop Central Icon, and then click "Initiate Patch Scan" and “Initiate Inventory

    • Note: To Prevent Corrupted OS, Don’t Skip or Force Shutdown


    Take Note: Always scan to keep your device updated and restart your device to finish the installation of updates. To Prevent Corrupted OS, Don’t Skip or Force Shutdown during the process of update.
