How to use Self Service Portal?

OPTION 1:
a. Go to Seach bar

b. Type “ManageEngine Self Service Portal” the click Open


c. Click the Sync Icon to initiate a scan, make sure it will adapt the latest date and time.


d. Select the app you like to install then click the install button.


OPTION 2:
a. Navigate to the hidden icons (Software Tray) on your taskbar.




b. Locate the Manage Engine Icon and right-click on it.


c. Choose the Self Service Portal


d. Click the Sync Icon to initiate a scan, make sure it will adapt the latest date and time.


e. Select the app you like to install then click the install button.



Remarks:
  • All the apps in your Self Service profile are IO Basic Apps and others are for your account's basic apps.
  • If the app you're looking for isn't available in your Self Service profile, please submit a ticket to IT Support.
  • Please note that requested apps require approval from your immediate supervisor.
