You may only log in on Ring Central if it is the assigned VoIP for your team. To use it, kindly follow the instructions below,
1. Make sure you are logged in to
Zscaler.
3. Once the Ring Central is binded on your Jumpcloud Console, you may now log in to the app.
Open The Ring Central app installed on your machine and input your credentials.
*If you don't have Ring Central, you may install it via Self Service Portal
