How to use Ring Central?

You may only log in on Ring Central if it is the assigned VoIP for your team. To use it, kindly follow the instructions below,
      1.       Make sure you are logged in to Zscaler.
      2.      Log in to your Jumpcloud Console, and check if you have Ring Central App.

      3.       Once the Ring Central is binded on your Jumpcloud Console, you may now log in to the app.
                  Open The Ring Central app installed on your machine and input your credentials.
                        *If you don't have Ring Central, you may install it via Self Service Portal


You may now familiarize yourself with the app to get a head start.
