How to call using Agents accounts
Upon logging in to the Agents account from Apntalk dialer, you will be directed to the Dashboard Page. From the Dashboard Click on Go To Dialer on the below of the Change Password. as shown on the screenshot below;
Tick the check box and submit
You will be then redirected to the Dialer itself.
Take note: You need to make sure that the OPTION settings is set to Alert ON, see screenshot below. This is to make sure that you are able to receive call with sound notification.
There are two ways to answer Inbound Calls.
Press the Button “YOU ARE PAUSED” (Orange color on the left side of the Action board Pane) to make it “ACTIVE” means you can automatically answer all inbound calls.
Check and Press Call Queue to answer call. See screenshot below red highlights, then press take call
4. When Making an Outbound Call, Make sure that the ACTION BOARD on the left side pane is “YOU ARE PAUSED “ (Orange color) then Click the MANUAL DIAL on the left side pane. See screenhot below
Sample outbound number: Press the Green Phone logo to call
Press DTMF in the OPTION pane, if the DID number has an extension or IVR.
You have now the option to End the call. See below for Transfer call options
Use the XFER-CONF on the left side pane of the ACTION BOARD to transfer the call
Fill up the Transfer conference number then Press Dial W/ CUSTOMER. Once the customer answered your call, you are now on a 3 ways call.
To end the call while on a 3-way, press END CALL of the left side pane or select the HANGUP TYPE on the below right side pane (Color Red).
If you choose 3-way call – Your call will be disconnected, but the other 2 lines will still be active.
Both lines – All lines will be disconnected
