How do I access Envoy?

Need a workspace at the office? Here’s a quick guide on how to book a seat using Envoy. Follow the steps below to reserve your spot hassle-free.

  1. Download Envoy App on your mobile device

2. Login using your company email address
There will be a pop-up (“Envoy” wants to use SSO to sign. You’ll be redirected to a  webview in order to sign in with SSO)

3. It will be directed to the JumpCloud website, login using your JumpCloud account and complete the authentication process.
 
4. Envoy app will ask for your location, click “Use location” and “Allow all the time”


If you don’t have “Allow all the time” on your setting, you can use the “While using the app” and you can choose the skip on that part (third image)

5. Envoy app will ask to enable your Bluetooth, you can choose either “Enable Bluetooth” or “Not now”

6. Finally, you are already registered to Envoy using your mobile device
via Jumpcloud Console
1. Access your JumpCloud account and click on the Envoy application

2. Log in using your company email address.

3. After logging in, please check your email to confirm your account.

4. Confirm your email address and Log in again with your company email address.

5.   Ensure you select the correct location in the upper-left corner.

6. Navigate to Maps

7. Book any available seat of your choice and be sure to check the date.

8.  Booking completed through Envoy
