CARTA: BAYAN Zero Trust Remote Access Platform

The best way to check if banyan is operational is to  ask everyone to go the the page https://launchpad.management.carta.rocks/ If they see an SSL error, its broken and they will need to go through the banyan process if they see the following screen (Launchpad Key)  its generally ok. If this is not the case, please reach out to Carta IT immediately to get help.

Banyan


What is Banyan?

Banyan is our Zero Trust Remote Access Platform. It verifies your device and gives you access to Carta's systems.



Authenticating with macOS

  1. Open Banyan. It should already be installed on your laptop. 

  2. Banyan Guide provided to Project O leads 

  3. https://launchpad.management.carta.rocks/create-access-request/

  4. Chrome will prompt you for your privateKey, please enter the password for your laptop and click Always Allow

  5. Log in with your Okta credentials

  6. That’s it! Banyan will now automatically work in the background and allow you access Carta systems.
