  1. The availment is reimbursement based, meaning, the member will be paying initially for the counseling session then file for reimbursement after.
  2. The mental health benefit can be availed in hospitals with mental health professionals as well, but the fee would vary depending on the facilities' rates, the reimbursement base will apply as well.
  3. Our maximum coverage for the mental health benefit is 3,000 per year from the member's HMO maximum benefit limit plan.
