Objective
To ensure awareness which aims to increase understanding of the goal and objectives underlying Infinit-O’’s policies and procedures.
Scope
All employees of Infinit-O will take the quiz released by Human Employee Relations quarterly. This quiz covers the following:

DevTeam | Support | Collect, summarize, and analyze responses. Generate reports for relevant stakeholders. Manage all quiz and platform technical issues. Send notification of results directly with the team members and immediate supervisors.

DevTeam | Collect the data from the designated platform. Ensure automated score notifications are sent to every participating team member and to their immediate supervisors and or managers right after taking the quiz. Upon data collection, a comprehensive dashboard must be created and posted on Fabric.

Guidelines and Directives
EAC is mandatory.
Team members are permitted only one submission for the EAC and cannot retake the survey.
Passing score is 80%
Team members who are unable to answer the survey after the given deadline will automatically get a score of zero (0).
Exemptions
Team members who are on Bereavement, Maternity, Paternity, LOA or Sick leave before or during the release of the quiz.
The immediate supervisor must send an email for the exemption at least one (1) week before the release date of the quiz to HR ER.
Employees scheduled to be on planned leave during the EAC week, the immediate supervisor must notify HR ER at least one week in advance.
Upon notification, HR ER will allow the team members on planned leave to complete the quiz in advance prior to the official EAC start date.
