Non-disclosure of romantic relationships between employees, employees and clients, employees and direct supervisors/managers when such a relationship creates a situation of conflict of interest based on the nature of their work, function, department, or program.

Abuse of Authority

Clear abuse of status, power, or discretion by a superior. Coercion, maltreatment, favoritism, or any retaliatory act against a subordinate.

Immoral Practices

Engaging in any immoral or unethical practices or offering services to customers, clients, suppliers, service providers, business partners, co-employees, or anyone affiliated with the company, or engaging in any conduct that violates common decency or morality (e.g., sexual exhibition, voyeurism).

Violence and Threats

Assaulting or Inflicting Bodily Harm

Inflicting bodily injury to a co-employee, client, or visitor for any reason within the company premises or workplace at any time. Fighting with a co-employee or anybody within the company premises or workplace.

Threatening, Intimidating, Insulting, or Quarreling

Threatening, intimidating, harassing, or coercing a fellow employee or anyone in any way or words for any reason within the company premises or workplace. Committing any acts that disturb the peace and order within company premises.

Sexual Misconduct

Indecent Acts

Willful or accidental indecent act, exhibition, or exposure of any vital parts of the body. Indecent utterances or lewd acts, conduct, or malicious sexual advances within company premises and/or work hours, including company events, team buildings, team meetings (outside the work premises).

Sexual Harassment

Sexual harassment committed by any employee and/or using one’s status or position in the company.

Pornographic Exhibits or Shows

Engaging in any conduct that violates common decency by displaying or passing pornographic materials.

Substance Abuse and Misuse

Drinking Alcoholic Beverages

Drinking liquor or intoxicating beverages within company premises or job sites and/or entering company premises under the influence of alcohol, whether on duty or not, unless approved by management. Going to work intoxicated. Engage in a fight on a company initiated event.

Conviction or Commission of a Crime

Conviction of a crime involving moral turpitude. Committing a crime against a person or company property within or outside company premises.

Unauthorized Activities, Riots, and Disorders

Provoking, instigating, or challenging a co-employee or anyone to a fight within the company premises or workplace. Inciting or participating in concerted work stoppage, slow-down, mass leave, sit-down, riot, or other disruptive activities.

Gambling, placing or collecting bets, or participating in any game of chance within company premises or during official working hours.

Gross or malicious negligence that results to terminal impact" is defined as an error/s (1) arising from negligence that will result in contract termination with a client; or (2) that results in a client's request to remove the team member concerned who committed a serious error in handling or servicing the client's account.   1. The discussion log and notice of decisions are maintained in the 201 File for reference.


  1. The Discussion Log can be prepared by HR ER, Team Leads, or Managers.
