PAGIBIG LOAN ONLINE APPLICATION



STEP 1 - Create a PAGIBIG online account via PAGIBIG Website
STEP 2 - Go to Multi-purpose Loan Tab and choose “Apply”.
STEP 3 - Click the “Apply Now” button and fill up the information needed.
STEP 4 - Once done, save a screenshot of the successful application and fill up the form via “IO Support Portal” by using this link "PAGIBIG LOAN ONLINE APPLICATION"
* For the time being, this procedure solely applies to Pasay employees. The former procedure for completing the form and sending a copy to hr@infinit-o.com must be followed by all members of the Legazpi site.

*Please be aware that applicant must be a PAGIBIG Loyalty Card holder. For further information on how to obtain the card, kindly visit the PAGIBIG branch that is the closest to your location.

2. Driver’s License

3. Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID

4. National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Clearance

5. Police Clearance

6. Postal ID

7. Voter’s ID

8. Barangay Certification or Barangay IDs or similar documents bearing picture of the member

9. Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) e-Card

10. Social Security System (SSS) Card

11. Senior Citizen Card

12. Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) ID

13. Overseas Filipino Worker ID

14. Seaman’s Book or Seafarer’s Identification and Record Book (SIRB)

15. Alien Certification of Registration/Immigrant Certificate of Registration

16. Government Office and GOCC ID, e.g. AFD ID, Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card

17. Certification from the National Council for the Welfare of Disabled Persons (NCWDP)

18. Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Certification

19. Integrated Bar of the Philippines ID

20. Philippine Identification (PhilID) Card

21. Company ID issued by Private Entities or Institutions Registered with or supervised or regulated either by the BSP, SEC or IC.
