Definitely strange! I think there’s some wonky data hung up in your internet connectivity.
Before proceeding, please make sure you have a stable internet connectivity. Your connection has a big impact on your Nextiva experience.
1. Make sure you are not on a DND Mode in Nextiva.
*Even you are in Available Status, you will not received a call and it would be tagged as missed/bounced calls.
2. You may follow the instructions
here before proceeding to our next steps.
3. After the #2 instructions, you may open your Nextiva App and change the settings.
Gear Icon > Audio/Video > set your Headset to all Audio settings > Relaunch the Nextiva App
* sometimes you are encountering missed calls because your headset is defective/loosen/device can detect another audio.
