Objective
This policy is part of Infinit-O’s Rewards and Recognition program, designed to reward team members based on their performance each quarter.
Scope
All regular team members at Job Grade (JG) 2 and below are eligible for the Quarterly incentive scheme.
Provisions
Eligibility: The program applies to Regular Team Members at Job Grade (JG) 2 and below.
New Regular Hires: If you are newly regularized within the quarter, you are eligible for a pro-rated incentive based on your exact regularization date.
Incentive Calculation: The percentage of incentives remains calculated based on the Individual Performance of the team member
Performance Requirement: You must achieve a minimum individual performance score of 3 (based on KPI) to qualify.
Payout Matrix: The total incentive percentages correspond to the standard Job Grades reflected in the table below:
Disqualifications
Team members will NOT be eligible for the quarterly incentive if any of the following apply:
Team members are currently rendering their notice period or have separated from the company before the release of the incentives
Team members do not have performance scores submitted after the deadline.
Team members received a Discussion Log during the quarter.
Proration and Salary Basis: Promoted or regularized team members within the quarter will receive a prorated calculation based on the effective date of regularization/promotion.
The incentives are calculated using the total monthly salary (Basic + Deminimis) effective on the last day of the quarter.
No retroactive adjustments will be made after the quarterly incentive payout.
Responsibility
Managers are responsible for providing the individual KPI scores of these team members every quarter.
The deadline for updating these scores is the 20th day of the month after the quarter's end.
HR-ER is responsible for consolidating and updating the tracker.
Finance is responsible for crediting the incentive.
