CONFORMANCE AND STANDARDS: THE FIRST PIECE OF THE PUZZLE

Conformance & Standards is the first driver of the flywheel. It focuses on doing things right and doing the right things – ensuring that our operations conform to established requirements and best-practice standards. This creates a stable foundation on which we can build improvements. There are three major components to this driver: adhering to external frameworks (regulatory and ISO standards), maintaining rigorous internal process documentation, and running audit programs to verify compliance.
