What is the process for reimbursement of defective peripherals?
If your mouse/keyboard/webcam/Headset/LAN Adaptor got broken, you may file a ticket and will be subject to reimbursement.
- File a ticket to IT Helpdesk via IO Support center.
- Inform IT Helpdesk that your mouse/keyboard/webcam/Headset/LAN Adaptor is defective and needs a replacement. Please note that our Helpdesk team will connect with you to check if we can still fix the item.
- If not, it will be subject to reimbursement. You can buy it at any local store near you. Please make sure to secure the OR as you need it for PRF filing. Below are the acceptable price range and models:

- Once procured, send the OR to your immediate supervisor and ask for assistance to file a PRF for reimbursement. Add Francis Von Palma as the 1st approver.
- When the PRF is completed, the money will be deposited to your account by FA team.
