IO Leader of the Year

Objective

To recognize and appreciate the leaders who are exemplary in their job. 

Eligibility

  1. Leaders must be 1 year already with the company from the start of the duration of the incentive.
  2. Leaders must have at least 3 or more team members.
  3. Must not have any personal DL from the duration of the incentive.
  4. Score at least 75% in the Leader of the Year Scorecard.

  1. Plaque and Certificate
  2. Commendation post on FB, MyHR, Zoom Announcement
  3. Php8,000 cash incentive
  4. Family treat worth Php2,000 of Food vouchers (Grab, Food Panda, etc.)
