How do I access Infinit-O email on my Android Device?

Accessing Infinit-O email on your android device makes it easy to not only access your emails, but also connect to other Google services, such as Google Chat, Google Drive, Google Meet, and so on. Also, you may easily reach out IT Department for some urgent technical concerns.

But before you can do any of that, you need to log into Gmail — here's how.

1. Download and open the Gmail app on your Android Device.
2. If you already have an email account linked in the app and want to add the Infinit-O account, simply tap your profile icon in the top-right corner and then tap Add another account.










3. On the next page, tap Google.


4. Follow the steps to log in.

You will be stuck up on the authentication, please choose More Options.

and select Get a Verification Code from the Google Authenticator App

Open your Google Authentication App and get the 6 digit code labeled Google: firstname.lastname@infinit-o.com

5. choose I Agree


6. Install Android Device Policy


7. Activate your Work Profile, choose Accept & Continue


8. Needs approval from IT Department because it will blocked your set up.

Kindly submit a ticket to IT Department via ZohoDesk Helpdesk for device approval and CC'ed your immediate supervisor.

Once your device is already approved by IT Department, you may now proceed to the next steps. 

Go back and follow again the Step 2, Step 3, Step 4, and Step 5.

After that, you will see the Work Profile on your Android Device.

Welcome to your Work Profile!


Open the GMail App inside your Work Profile and choose Take Me To Gmail


You are now successfully accessing your Infinit-O Email inside the Work profile.
