IO Company ID Request

Step 1. 

- Prepare the required photo needed for the request. (Sample below)

- TShirt, Sleevless or the like is not allowed

- Take a photo from above the knee level.

- Shirt with Logos (Brand, Other Company) is not allowed.

- ONLY use white background.  

Step 2. 

Click the ID Creation Request link and make sure to answer all details needed.

Step 3. 

Wait for the Email confirmation of availability and wait for the next instruction.

*** In case you received and error completing the request, kindly save a screenshot and send a ticket to IO Support Portal > People Operations.
